Without a doubt, this is a must read for anyone looking to make Divesrity a real Business advantage in their organizations. A book you will not put down.</i>

I agree with your bottom-line question: when will "diverse" executives hires no longer make headlines? While I'm glad to see the Huffington Post make a serious commitment to diversity with the hiring of Johnson and Murphy, I would like to see more organizations charge all of their executives as "chief diversity officers" as part of their job role. One or two "diversity" executives are usually spearheading the diversity strategic change effort. If all executives were accountable for their contributions to diversity and inclusion, then "diverse" executive hires would no longer be newsworthy.

Thank you for sharing your insight.

I listened to your interview last night. You are fabulous! Clear, articulate, succinct, with wonderfully logical responses. And, I really enjoyed the interviewer asking for your response to the Brit's bristly statements.

Lenora;
An addition to the blessing of getting to meet you. "Who am I?" is amazingly thought provoking. It's something I could read many times and get messages at different layers. Thank you for the depth of the content of your message.
