While I'm glad to see the Huffington Post make a serious commitment to diversity with the hiring of Johnson and Murphy, I would like to see more organizations charge all of their executives as "chief diversity officers" as part of their job role. One or two "diversity" executives are usually spearheading the diversity strategic change effort. If all executives were accountable for their contributions to diversity and inclusion, then "diverse" executive hires would no longer be newsworthy. Thank you for sharing your insight.
